How can we create and access documents in Onboarding?

Step 1: Go to the Onboarding section & click on Documents

You can view and edit document templates from here, which will be required during onboarding. For example. Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, etc.

Step 2: Now click on any of the categories, for example, if you want to create an Offer letter, click on the Offer Letter it shows an option to “Create New” as shown below on the screen.

Step 3: After clicking on ” Create New ” you will see a pop-up screen that comes with all the necessary details in the structured form, you need to fill it accordingly. as shown below on the screen.

Step 4 : After filling all the details , click on “Create” .
