How to create work flow in ZIMYO HRMS ?

A workflow is a repeatable process that consists of a series of tasks that generally need to be completed in a specific sequence. Think of it as work flowing from one stage to the next until it is finished. Workflows are useful for ensuring that important processes are done the right way every time.

Automate processes In ZIMYO HRMS, you can create, configure & manage workflows as per the needs of your organization.

 To access the Workflow section, follow below mentioned steps:

Step 1 : Login to your ZIMYO Account

Step 2 : Go to the Admin section

Step 3 : Click on the Organization

Step 4 : Go to Workflows

Step 5 : Create New as shown in above screen. You can view, create or manage various request workflows.

Step 6 : Add new workflow title & choose the trigger , as shown in above screen.

Step 7 : After creating the workflow ,you can view or filter different workflows from the dropdown menu when you click at the “All Workflows”. Different workflows may include:

· Short Leave

 · Regularisation

 · Attendance Approval

 · Restricted Holiday

 · Work From Home

 · Compensatory-off

· On-duty

· Resignation

 · Withdrawal

 · Exit Interview Form

 · Probation Form

· Maker Checker

 · Assets

 · Expense

 · Petty Cash

 · Requisition

 · CTC approval, as shown on the above screen .
