Forms Library
The Forms Library in Zimyo is a centralized space where you can create, manage, and customize internal company forms such as onboarding, asset handover, time logs, vendor verification, and more. These digital forms replace paper-based processes and are customizable per business needs.
Form Name: List of available forms like:
Add Applicant
Candidate Joining Form
Asset Creation Form
Exit Interview Form
Employee Creation Form
Last Modified & Modified By: Track version history.
Actions Menu (⋮): Each row gives two options:
Configure: Modify the structure or fields of the form.
Preview: View how the form looks to users.
Search Bar (Top Right): Find a form quickly by its title.
Form Configuration – Example: “Add Applicant”
Once you click Configure, you’re taken to the form builder screen, where you can:
Add or rearrange fields such as:
First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number
Upload Resume, Source, Website/Social
Gender, Job Title, Notice Period
+ Add Section: Group fields into logical sections.
Import Property: Use this to bring in pre-defined field types or custom fields.
