Within the organizational structure, the admin can create multiple entities, locations, and departments under the organization.

Clicking on the three dots on the right side of the screen provides flexibility to edit these details.
In the entity section, the admin gains a comprehensive overview of the entities within the organization. The admin has the authority to create multiple entities. By hovering and clicking on a specific entity, the admin can access detailed information about that entity.

To establish a new entity, click on “Create New.” A popup screen will appear, where the admin must fill in all the required details and map the currency with the entity.
The organization has offices in various locations, and the admin has the flexibility to manually create multiple locations or do so in bulk. Additionally, the admin can update bulk geofencing for all the locations.
Clicking on three dots provides the admin with various actions. The admin can edit the information and view geofencing. By selecting “View Geofencing,” the admin has the flexibility to create new geofencing.

In the department and designation section, the admin can generate multiple departments and designations as per the organization’s requirements.
