HR Document

The HR Documents section under Zimyo’s Core HR module is designed to store and manage organizational-level HR files—separate from employee-specific documents. It offers permission-based access to HR Admins for secure and centralized documentation such as compliance records, ex-employee data, CVs, and internal invoices.

Create HR Folder (top-right button):

Opens a configuration panel to set up a new folder with permissions and admin access.

When you click Create HR Folder, a page appears with the following options:

Folder Name: Required field.

Status:

Active: Folder is live and visible to permitted users.

In-Active: Folder is hidden from active operations but retained in the system.

Define Accessibility:

Select specific HR Admins who can view or manage the folder.

Define Permissions (checkboxes):

Edit: Allows editing of documents inside the folder.

Delete: Allows deletion of documents from the folder.

Download: Allows downloading of documents.
