  Candidates who have just applied and are awaiting initial review.
• Hiring Team Screen:
  Candidates being screened by the hiring team for basic qualifications and fit.
• Submitted to Manager:
  Candidates whose profiles have been forwarded to the hiring manager for further evaluation.
• Skills Test:
  Candidates undergoing technical or skills assessments.
• Search & Filter:
  Search for candidates by name or skills and filter by rating.
• Candidate Card:
  Shows candidate details (name, email, application date) and allows quick actions like viewing the resume or adding to the organization.
• Pipeline for Specific Job:
  The pipeline is job-specific, visible in the dropdown at the top right.
• Drag and Drop:
  Users can easily drag and drop candidates from one stage to another to visually and efficiently update their recruitment status.
