The employee dashboard in HRMS offers a holistic overview for employees, presenting , leave balances, Employee gender distribution curve, attendance metrics, and other pertinent information. This user-friendly interface enables admin to easily access and manage their processes.
Employee dashboard
In the employee dashboard, administrators can make informed decisions by analyzing key metrics, including the total employee count, upcoming probation confirmations, employees on a PIP plan, and a distribution curve depicting the number of active, probationary, exited, and suspended employees and more.
Note: Admin can apply filters based on department and entity.
