Engage Admin Page – FAQ

A: Navigate to Engage > Announcements >Announcements List >Create Announcement, fill in the title, description, target audience (Company/Department/Location/Cost Center/Designation), and click Post.

A: On the Announcements Dashboard, view metrics like Total Announcements, Average Engagement, and the Applicability & Engagement Charts to see which posts resonated most. 

A: Go to Engage > Chat > Configuration. Under “Who can create private/public groups,” toggle permissions for Employee, Manager, HOD, and Sub-Admin roles. 

A: Go to Engage > Chat > Configuration, disable or enable “Allow file to download”.

A: Under Engage > Feed > ConfigurationBasic Configurationtoggle to ON or OFF.

A: Under Engage – Feed –  Configuration, you can define permissions to restrict or allow employees to comment, create polls, or make announcements.

A: Go to Engage > Surveys > Survey ListCreate New, create survey, define questions, set start/end dates, Configure  and click Post. 

A: On the Surveys Dashboard, check Total Surveys, Completed vs. Drafted, and Pulse metrics (Alignment, Satisfaction, NPS, etc.) to measure participation. 

A: Navigate to Engage > Appreciation > Badges, click on Configuration > Create Badge or use the pencil icon to edit an existing badge’s logo, title, description, and default message. 

A: The Appreciation Dashboard shows department-wise charts and engagement% so you can identify frequently recognizing teams. 

A: Under Engage > One-to-One > Configuration, define meeting mediums (Face-to-Face, Virtual, etc.) and set up Continuous Feedback Notifiers for RMs, HOD, PMS Admin or employees. 

A: The One-to-One Dashboard lists totals, plus Upcoming, Completed, and Canceled counts, along with trends by department and day. 

A: In Engage > Feedback > Configuration, set Eligibility options such as Team, Peer, or by Designation to control who can give/receive feedback.

A: The Feedback Dashboard displays Total Feedback Given, Top Feedback Givers/Receivers, and department-wise engagement charts. 

A: Most modules have a Configuration tab. Use it to toggle feature access for roles (Employee, Manager, HOD, Sub-Admin, etc.) and save your changes. 

A: You can create Recurring or One-Time surveys. Additionally, there are templates available for various purposes like Employee Satisfaction, Onboarding, Offboarding, and NPS.

A: Yes, within the Badge section, you can configure appreciation notifiers to notify relevant parties when appreciations are given.

A: Navigate to Engage > One-to-One > Self. Click on Schedule One-to-one Meeting, fill in the details like meeting type, date, time, and participants, then click Schedule.

A: Under One-to-One, you can view meetings categorized under Self, Team, and Organization. Each section provides details of scheduled meetings, including status and participants.

A: Go to Engage > One-to-One > Configuration. Here, you can set general settings and configure notifiers for continuous feedback and meeting reminders.

A: Each module’s Dashboard includes Trends charts (e.g., Day-Wise, Department-Wise) and interactive filters for date ranges or status types.
