How can I see all the tickets raised by employees?

To View All Tickets Raised by Employees:

Navigation Path:
Advance HR > Helpdesk > Tickets

On this screen, all tickets raised by employees across the organization will be visible to the admin.
The admin can take action by clicking on the Ticket Number, where options to view, respond, or resolve the ticket are available.
