The HR Admin can define Workflow related to different stages of performance review.
- First, log into your Zimyo account.
- You’ll land on the “Dashboard”.
- From the dashboard click on “Configuration”. This will take you to the following screen:
- From here click on the “Appraisal Cycle & Workflow” from the main menu on the left side of the screen. This will take you to the following screen.
- From here you can select a particular cycle or you can click on “Add New Cycle”, to create a new appraisal cycle. The following popup will appear.
- Fill in the required details & click on “Save”. Your new cycle will be created. You can also edit the previously created cycles by clicking on the edit icon.
- On the same screen, click on the “Workflow” tab on the right side of the screen. Following screen will appear.
- Fill in the required information & click on update. Your workflow will be created successfully.
