How to notify employees of their payslip in their mail?

To notify and to send employees their payslip, please follow the steps below:

  1. First login to Zimyo Payroll using your login credentials, this will take you to the dashboard.
  2. Click on Reports and then on Salary & Wages Report.
  3. Now click on Email Salary Slip, this will open a Email Employee Salary tab.
  4. In this tab select the Entity name, Department, Designation, Location and Month-Year. Then click on Get Employee.
  5. This will open up the list of all the employees. Click on the Checkbox of the employee to whom you want to notify.
  6. Next click on Submit, this will open up a pop-up.
  7. In the pop-up select whether you want to to notify the employee by clicking on Send Notification or you want to send the payslip by clicking on Send Payslip.
  8. A confirmation message with the status for the payslip will appear on the top right corner.
