How can I reply or close the tickets on Zimyo HRMS?

If a ticket is raised to you, there are many operations that you can perform on a ticket.

  1. First login to the Zimyo HRMS portal using your login credentials, this will take you to your dashboard.
  2. On the Navbar click on Others, and from the drop-down click on Helpdesk.
  3. In the Helpdesk tab click on Assigned to me to see the ticket assigned to you.
  4. In the Assigned to me tab click on a ticket you want to resolve.
  5. Now click on Reply or Reply and Close(this deletes the ticket from the ticket list assigned to you) button.
  6. When a new window opens, type down your comment for the ticket or attach any relevant document. Then click on Reply or Reply and Close.
