To see all the tickets raised by all the employees in the organization, follow these steps:
- First login to the Zimyo HRMS portal using your login credentials, this will take you to your admin page.
- From the admin page go to Organisation then select Helpdesk
- In the Helpdesk tab click on Tickets. This will display all the tickets raised.
- You can also filter the tickets on the basis of Status and Category.
