How can I see all the tickets raised by employees?

To see all the tickets raised by all the employees in the organization, follow these steps:

  1. First login to the Zimyo HRMS portal using your login credentials, this will take you to your admin page.
  2. From the admin page go to Organisation then select Helpdesk
  3. In the Helpdesk tab click on Tickets. This will display all the tickets raised.
  4. You can also filter the tickets on the basis of Status and Category.
