How can I see all the tickets raised by employees?

To see all the tickets raised by all the employees in the organization, follow these steps:

  1. First login to the Zimyo HRMS portal using your login credentials, this will take you to your dashboard.
  2. On the Navbar click on Others, and from the drop-down click on Helpdesk.
  3. In the Helpdesk tab click on Employee Tickets. This will display all the tickets raised.
  4. You can also filter the tickets on the basis of Status and Category.
