To see all the tickets raised by all the employees in the organization, follow these steps:
- First login to the Zimyo HRMS portal using your login credentials, this will take you to your dashboard.
- On the Navbar click on Others, and from the drop-down click on Helpdesk.
- In the Helpdesk tab click on Employee Tickets. This will display all the tickets raised.
- You can also filter the tickets on the basis of Status and Category.
