How can I re-assign the ticket assigned to me?

To re-assign a ticket, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to your Zimyo HRMS portal, using your login credentials. This will take you to your admin page from there go to ESS. If you are logging in as an employee, it will directly take you to ESS
  2. From the top menu, click on Others and select Helpdesk
  3. In the Helpdesk tab click on Assigned to me to see the tickets assigned to you.
  4. Now, click on a ticket you want to re-assign.
  5. In the newly opend tab click on Re-Assign. Fill up the details in the form that appears on the screen.
  6. Click on Save, a success message will appear on the top right corner.
