To re-assign a ticket, please follow the below steps:
- Login to your Zimyo HRMS portal, using your login credentials. This will take you to your dashboard.
- On the Navbar click on Others, and from the drop-down click on Helpdesk.
- In the Helpdesk tab click on Assigned to me to see the tickets assigned to you.
- Now, click on a ticket you want to re-assign.
- In the newly opend tab click on Re-Assign. Fill up the details in the form that appears on the screen.
- Click on Save, a success message will appear on the top right corner.
