Yes, the employees can attach the documents that are related to their performance in a particular appraisal cycle. The HR Admin can set such configuration on the portal for the same by following the below path:
1. First, log into your Zimyo account.
2. You’ll land on the “Dashboard”.
3. From the dashboard click on “Configuration”. This will take you to the following screen:
4. From here click on “Assessment Workflow” from the main menu on the left side of the screen. This will take you to the following screen.
5. Then slide the toggle to “Yes” against the “Artifacts Provision” sub-menu and click on update. This activation will allow the employees to submit documents during the performance review process.
