Zimyo Helpdesk overview

On the Zimyo HRMS Helpdesk module, there is a creative overview dashboard where you can see all the details in the graphical format for a quick review.

You can also raise a ticket, reply to tickets, resolve, or can also close the ticket. You can also re-assign the tickets, create a new category, or configure the already existing categories.
