How to raise a ticket on Zimyo HRMS?

To raise a ticket:
1. Log in to your Zimyo HRMS portal, using your login credentials. This will take you to your ESS dashboard.

2. Click on Others on the Navbar, and from the drop-down click on Helpdesk.

3. On the Help-Desk tab click on FAQ & My Tickets. From there select Tickets and click Raise Ticket

4. Fill in the necessary details in the form and click on Submit.

5. After this you will be redirected to FAQ & My Tickets tab where you can see your newly raised ticket in the list.
