The HR Admin can configure the rating scale as per your requirement whether it is a 5-point rating scale or any other, steps can be added accordingly. The HR Admin can also set a “Custom Formula” based rating scale.
1. First, log into your Zimyo account.
2. You’ll land on the “Dashboard”.
3. From the dashboard click on “Configuration”. This will take you to the following screen:
4. From here click on “Rating Scale” from the main menu on the left side of the screen. This will take you to the following screen.
5. Configure the rating scale as per your requirements and click on “Submit”. You can also use “Custom Formula” by activating the “Custom Formula” toggle button.
