How to approve or reject the tax declaration as an admin in Zimyo Payroll?

Follow the below steps to approve or reject the tax declaration as an admin in Zimyo payroll:

  1. First login to the Zimyo Payroll software using your login credentials, this will take you to the dashboard.
  2. Click on Payroll on the Navbar. And then click on Tax Declaration.
  3. Use the appropriate filters to get the tax declaration filed by the employees and then click on Show. This will show all the tax declarations.
  4. To approve any tax declaration, first click on download under Proofs column to see the proof of tax declaration uploaded by the employee.
  5. Click on the Checkbox of the tax declaration you want to approve and then click on Approve (in green color) to approve the tax declaration or click on Reject (in red color) to reject the tax declaration.
